No figures sit on this page. Each piece of work is priced to its scope, in writing, before it starts.
Websites
A one-page site, a site of several pages, a check of the site you have, and monthly care for any of them.
One-page site
One page for your business, built from a set menu of sections and put live on a domain registered in your name.
What's on it
- Four to six sections, chosen from an opening, about, services, a photo strip, a testimonial, hours with a map, and contact
- Your logo and colors carried onto the page
- A contact form, SSL, and the preview that appears when someone shares the link
- One round of small changes before launch
The page stays live on Care, the monthly hosting plan, month to month.

Questions
Who writes the words?
You do. The page is built from your own words, photos and logo, and they need to be ready before the build starts. If you want the words written for you, Foundry offers that.
How many changes can I ask for?
One round of small changes before launch, sent as a single list. After launch, changes come out of the hour of changes Care includes each month.
What can't a one-page site have?
A shop, logins, a client portal or an editor for changing the page yourself. Those need a custom build.
Can I add a second page later?
Yes, by moving up to Foundry, quoted before any work starts.
What if I stop paying for hosting?
Give 30 days' notice. Within 30 days we send you a complete copy of the page, ready to host anywhere, and the domain stays in your name.
Foundry: a multi-page site
A website of several pages that we build, host and keep running for a monthly fee. Your domain and your content stay in your name from the first day.
What's included
- The pages named in your scope, built to read well on a phone
- Hosting, SSL and security management
- Google Search Console set up at launch, with access shared with you
- Structured data that describes your business to search engines
- A content or photo refresh each quarter

Online booking, a shop and client portals are a separate build. The setup fee and the monthly fee are set in writing before any work starts.

Questions
Who owns what?
Every word and photo on the site is yours, and so are the domain and the form submissions it collects. The code that runs the site belongs to us.
What happens if I leave?
Give 30 days' notice, and the notice month is the last one you pay. Within 30 days we send your content and form submissions as standard files, and the domain stays in your name for whatever you build next. Leaving a lease before its 12 months are up gives up the build credit.
What do you need from me?
The words and photos for each page, your logo, and access to your domain, or we register one in your name. If you would rather not write the words, we draft them from a conversation with you and you approve every page. One person on your side signs off on the design before the rest of the pages are built.
How many pages can it have?
As many as your scope names. The page count is written into the agreement, and a page added later is quoted before we build it.
Can I change things after launch?
Yes. The quarterly refresh covers small updates to words and photos. Bigger changes are billed by the hour at the rate in your agreement, and we quote them before we start.
Can I move up to a custom build later?
Yes. A custom build is scoped and priced on its own under Built to order, and on a lease, part of what you have paid counts toward it.
Do you use AI?
Yes. AI models draft code and copy for us and run the tests, and every deploy to your site waits for Frederick's yes.
Can you promise rankings on Google?
No. We set up Search Console and submit your sitemap at launch, and where the site ranks after that is up to Google.
What sets the launch date?
The scope names a target date. It holds when your content and your reviews come back on time, and it moves if they run late.
Site health check
We review the site you have today against the requirements Google publishes, and write up each fix in order, with the hours it takes.

Questions
Will you fix what you find?
If you want us to. The fix list doubles as the scope for the work, under Care or as a rebuild, quoted before we start. The report is also yours to take to any developer.
Will it improve my rankings?
The report shows where the site falls short of Google's requirements. Rankings stay Google's decision, so we make no promise about rankings or traffic.
Does it matter who built my site?
No. Any public website can be checked, whoever built it and whatever it runs on.
How is it priced?
A fixed fee, agreed before we start.
Care: hosting and support
Hosting and support by the month for a site you own.
Every level includes
- Hosting with SSL, security patching and uptime monitoring
- Regular backups
- A response around the clock when the site is down or has a security problem
The three levels
- Care: up to one hour of changes a month, with replies by the next business day
- Care+: up to three hours, same-day replies, and changes staged and tested before they go live
- Priority: up to five hours, priority same-day replies, proactive monitoring and a call each quarter to plan ahead

Questions
Do unused hours carry over?
No. The hours reset each month. Work past them is billed by the hour, and larger jobs are quoted first.
What counts as a change?
Updates to pages and content you already have, like new text, new photos or a new price. New pages and new features are quoted on their own.
Can you take over a site someone else built?
Yes, once it moves onto our hosting. A site health check usually comes first, so we both know what's there.
What happens if I leave?
The site is yours, so it goes with you. Give 30 days' notice, and within 30 days we send a complete copy with your content and form data, ready to host elsewhere, and help with the move.

What counts as one workflow?
One job from start to finish, such as taking a booking, sending an invoice or answering a new inquiry.
What do you need from my team?
Time with the people who do the work, to watch it or talk it through, and one review of the draft map.
Do I have to build it with you?
No. The map and the price are yours to keep, and you can build with anyone. If you build with us, the map's fee comes off the build.
How is it priced?
A single fixed fee, set in writing before the map begins.
Built to order
A working tool built to a scope you approve, for one job your business already does.
What it can be
- For a business: a client portal, an invoicing flow, or an intake form with a person's approval at the steps you name
- For a developer team: approval gates, sign-off ledgers or a build board inside your repository
- For a media studio: a pipeline that turns a written spec into video, stills or documents, with review steps along the way
How it runs
- You tell us about the job and the people who do it now.
- We write the scope together, with a fixed price.
- The build starts when the agreement is signed and the deposit is in.
- You get everything the scope lists.

Questions
Who owns what you build?
You do, once it is paid in full. Any reusable tools of ours inside it come with a license to keep using them as part of it.
What do I approve along the way?
The scope, the design draft, and any change to either. In the finished tool, each step your people keep waits for one of them to sign off.
Where does it run?
The scope says: in accounts in your name, or on our hosting under Run and change. For a developer team, the code lives in your own repository.
Do you use AI?
Yes, in two ways. Models help us write and test the code, and where the scope calls for it, a model takes on steps inside the tool while the approvals stay with your people.
What happens after handover?
Everything the scope lists is yours. If you want the tool hosted and changed over time, Run and change does that by the month.

What does "at cost" mean?
Model and service charges are billed exactly as the provider bills them, with nothing added, under the monthly cap you approve.
What happens when a provider retires a model?
We move the tool onto a replacement model as part of the plan.
Can it cover a tool someone else built?
No. Run and change is for tools we built. For a website built elsewhere, Care is the plan.
Can I run the tool myself later?
Yes. The tool is yours once its build is paid for, with a license to the reusable parts of ours inside it.
What if I need more change hours?
Hours past the month's set are billed by the hour, and bigger changes get a quote first.
Films and likeness models
Films with sound, from a written brief to the cut you approve, and likeness models made with a person's written consent.
Short films and spots
Music videos, 30-second spots and short films, from a written brief to a finished cut with sound, in landscape, vertical or both. You approve the brief before any footage is made, and the cut before it ships. Every file you receive comes with its file hash, so you can check it is the one you approved.

What do I need to bring?
Whatever you already have: footage, photos, your logo, a script or a song. The brief lists what we use and what we make.
Do you use AI to make the footage?
Yes, alongside 3D rendering and anything you bring. The brief says how each part is made, and you approve it before any of it is made.
How do changes work?
Your notes on each cut go into the next one, and nothing ships until you approve a cut.
What files do I get?
MP4 files with sound, cut for where they will play.
Likeness model
A model of one person, trained on their own photographs once they have agreed in writing to each use. Every photograph, training run and picture stays on the record by its file hash. The person approves each picture before it is used, and every copy is deleted on their word. The release's wording comes from your own lawyer.

Questions
What do you need from the person?
Their written consent to each use, and 25 to 40 photographs of them. The photographer of each one is named on the record.
Who approves the pictures?
The person in them. Each picture waits for their yes before anyone uses it.
Who writes the release?
Your own lawyer. Before any picture is made, we check each planned use against what the release allows.
What won't it make?
Nude or sexual pictures, or anything outside the uses the person agreed to.
Which model do you train?
FLUX.1, an open model whose license allows commercial use. Its terms bar non-consensual and abusive pictures, and so do ours.
Hourly work
Work past a plan's monthly hours is billed by the hour. Work outside an approved scope is quoted before we begin it.

Yes. Models draft code, documents and media for us, and run the tests. A deploy, a database change made inside a build, or a batch of more than about twenty paid calls waits until Frederick, who runs the studio, says yes.
What waits for
my approval?You approve the scope and the design draft, and any change to either. Inside the tool, the steps your people keep are named in the scope, and the work waits at each one until a person signs off.
What happens if I leave?
The agreement sets out how a monthly plan ends and what goes with you. For a developer team, we write the code in your own repository, so it stays there whatever you decide.
