What it costs, and what you get for it.

Three ways to get a site, one plan that keeps it running, and a check-up for the site you already have. Every number on this page is the number we put in writing.

Three ways to build

Pick the rung that fits the job.

One page

$500then $95 a month

One fully custom page, assembled from a fixed menu of sections: hero, about, a services list, a gallery strip, a testimonial, hours and a map, contact. Your existing logo and materials, your finished content, one round of tweaks, then live on your own domain with SSL and a working contact form.

Included

  • Care at $95 a month: hosting, backups, up to an hour of changes a month, a reply the next business day.
  • The domain registered in your name from day one.
  • Cancel any time. On the way out you get a static export of the page, free.

Not included: writing your copy for you, e-commerce, a content system, logins, a portal. A second page is a change order at $125 an hour, or a step up the ladder.

Foundry

$500 to startthen $249 a month

A multi-page site on the studio's production stack, built, run and kept fast by the same studio. Two ways to have it: rent it month to month and leave on 30 days' notice, or lease it for twelve months, drop to $199 a month from month thirteen, and bank half of every lease payment as credit toward a custom build later, up to a quarter of that build's fee.

Included

  • Hosting, SSL and security, handled.
  • Google Search Console set up at launch, with access shared with you.
  • One content or photo refresh each quarter.
  • Your domain and your content, yours from day one and if you leave, with an export within 30 days.

Not included: online booking, e-commerce and client portals. Those are a custom build under its own agreement, and the lease credit applies to it. The code and configuration stay with the studio. Leaving a lease early forfeits the credit and the $199 rate; the credit stays good for twelve months after the lease ends.

Custom

Quoted from scopea fixed figure, in writing

A site designed around how the business runs, from a few pages to the system it runs on, or a tool for your team: a booking desk, a client portal, a back office. We write the scope with you first, estimate the hours, and put a fixed figure in writing with the range it came from.

Included

  • You own the finished site and its code outright.
  • Your own client dashboard while we build: the plan, the files, the messages, the invoices.
  • After launch, Care keeps it running, or a bigger plan if the site needs more hours.

Work starts when the agreement is signed and the deposit is paid. The scope in that agreement is the scope; anything outside it is quoted before it is built.

Beyond any plan: changes past the monthly hours are $125 an hour. New pages and new features get a written quote.

Hosting and support

Care keeps it running.

A person answers, the same one every time, for every site we host. Care is the plan that comes with a One Page site and the one we suggest first. Care+ and Priority are for a site that has grown into them. We also host and manage sites we did not build.

Care

$95a month

  • Hosting with SSL, security patching and uptime monitoring.
  • Regular backups.
  • Up to one hour of changes a month on existing pages.
  • Non-urgent requests answered by the next business day.

Care+

$225a month

  • Everything in Care.
  • Up to three hours of changes a month.
  • Replies the same business day.
  • Changes staged and tested before they go live.

Priority

$495a month

  • Everything in Care+.
  • Up to five hours of changes a month.
  • Priority same-day replies.
  • Proactive monitoring.
  • A quarterly roadmap call.

Every plan: if the site goes down or there is a security event, we respond around the clock, seven days a week.

Hours: unused hours do not roll over. Work beyond them, new pages and new features are $125 an hour or a written quote.

Leaving:30 days’ notice. A site you own leaves with you as a complete export of the build, your content and your form data.

Already have a site?

Site health check, $600.

A written review of the site you have, against what Google publishes as its requirements: whether every page can be indexed and the sitemap covers them, Core Web Vitals measured on real phones, structured data and Open Graph tags, unique titles and canonicals, and accessibility findings ranked by impact.

You get a report that says what to fix first and how many hours each fix takes. It makes no promise about rankings or traffic. If you want the fixes done, the report is the scope. How search engines and AI answers read a site

After you pay

How a build runs.

  1. 01

    The form

Describe the business and what the site has to do. If we are the wrong studio for it, the first reply says so.

  2. 02

    The scope

For a custom build we write down what the site has to do, what it connects to and what it costs, before any code. The fixed-price rungs skip this step; their scope is on this page.

  3. 03

    Your dashboard

The plan, the schedule, the files, the messages and the invoices sit in a client dashboard that is yours for the length of the build.

  4. 04

    The build, in the open

Progress stays visible as it happens. After launch the dashboard stays open for ninety days, and everything in it exports on request. Then Care takes over.

Checked before anything ships

  • Contrast, measured where the text sits.Every text color is checked against WCAG AA on its real background, with margin to spare.
  • A clean build before any deploy.Nothing deploys until the full production build passes with no warnings left unread.
  • A security scan before launch. The staged site is scanned, and anything rated High or Medium is fixed first.
  • The database decides who sees what.A signed-in client sees their own project, and a wrong link shows nothing at all.
  • Your domain and your content, registered to you. From the first day, on every rung, including a $249-a-month Foundry site.

Two minutes to start.

The form is short. You hear back within one business day, with a straight answer on fit.
