CLIENT WORK

Sonoma's
Closet

A community clothing closet that gives
clean clothes, free, to individuals and
families starting over in Sonoma County.
We built its public site and HQ, its
back office, while the garage project
became a nonprofit corporation.

The top of sonomascloset.org: the closet's mark, the badge naming it a California nonprofit corporation since September 10, 2026, and the headline Good clothes, given freely, beside a photograph of a clothes rack.

What it does

  1. 01

    Honesty as the
    design brief

The home page's badge and every public
page's footer say where the closet
stands, and both changed the day the
    state's Welcome Letter arrived.

  2. 02

    Public front,
    gated back office

The public pages read nothing from the
database, and the inbox, pop-up events,
    documents and the formation checklist
sit behind the login at /hq.

  3. 03

    A form that
    defends itself

A server action holding the service key
writes each offer of help to the inbox,
once a hidden honeypot field and a rate
    limit let it through.

  4. 04

    Its name lives
    in settings

    The organization's name, email, web
address and time zone are settings, and
the closet's styles are scoped to the
    public pages.

From the
public site

All three are public pages.
HQ stays behind its login.
